STEP 2.- HOW TO BOOK A HIKE, TOUR:

Please Note.- ONLY CLASSIC INCA TRAIL HIKE (4 or 5 Day Trek) has LIMITED AVAILABILITY and you MUST book in Advance  (8-4 months before).  For Short 2 Day Inca Trail hike or 3 Day Short Inca Trail -permits are AVAILABLE year around SEE our FIXED DEPARTS with 4-8 person in a group. Alternative treks to Machu Picchu as: (Lares, Salkantay, Choquequirao, Auzangate, Vilcabamba, Huchuy Qosqo.) permits are AVAILABLE year around in a Small group service or in Private tour upon your desire. DAILY DEPARTURES for TOURS TO MACHU PICCHU by TRAIN, 1, 2 or 3 Day options. EXTENSION TOURS, PUERTO MALDONADO OR MANU JUNGLE TOURS -Daily departures. Once you have CHECKED THE AVAILABILITY of your desired tour, hike  or expedition, you’ll then need to book on the page of the Tour, you will receive a reservation code and pay a deposit online according is indicated. (Group bookings can make a Bank transfer or transfer thru Western Union.)

CLASSIC INCA TRAIL HIKE: 4 DAY/ 3NIGHT, 4 DAY/ 4NIGHT, 5 DAY/4 NIGHT, and OTHER VERSIONS  -FIXED DEPARTURES.- Note that the dates listed in our OPEN -GROUP SERVICE  are valid for all described above CLASSIC INCA TRAIL hikes. (If you have your own group you can choose your desired departure date).  Keep in mind that the most important thing is to secure your spots on the Inca Trail in advance  -so book early!  Also remember that you need a passport valid for at least 6 months in order to enter Peru (if you are waiting for a new passport, book the tour with your current passport number and then send us a copy of your new passport number to validate your reservation). Once you have a sign up ONLINE, you will receive a reservation code. You’ll need to PAY A DEPOSIT US$315 pp using Visa, MasterCard or Paypal in our website. MULTIDAY TOUR WITH INCA TRAIL TREK  -FIXED DEPARTURES.- Permits are required, so please check available spaces on our AVAILABILITY PAGE  to see if there are spaces available for your desired itinerary. You can also choose your preferred date on the page of the tour you are interested in, using the calendar located on the left side of the page. You’ll then need to provide us with your details  -and those of your group, if applicable. Once completed, you will receive a reservation code that you can use to pay your booking deposit online with Visa, MasterCard or thru PayPal.

MULTIDAY TOURS WITHOUT INCA TRAIL TREK  -DAILY DEPARTURES! Not worry for permits here! We offer DAILY DEPARTURES, so you can book directly from the page of the tour you want to take. Choose a date from the calendar, which will generate a reservation code take you to the booking page. Fill out the forms and pay your deposit in Step 3 with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal (or transfer your deposit to our bank in Peru; email us for bank details).

ALTERNATIVE TREKS TO MACHU PICCHU  -FIXED DEPARTURES! Our alternative treks to Machu Picchu have fixed departure dates but no trail permits are needed. Choose your preferred departure date on the page of your desired trek, using the calendar on the left side of the page. Then provide your details and those of your group (if applicable). Once you’ve completed and sent the form, you will receive a reservation code to pay your booking deposit online with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.

TOURS TO MACHU PICCHU BY TRAIN  -DAILY DEPARTURES! Not worry for permits here! We offer DAILY DEPARTURES, enjoy our private guide personal tour 4-8 person group, so you can book directly from the page of the tour you want to take. Choose a date from the calendar, which will generate a reservation code take you to the booking page. Fill out the forms and pay your deposit in Step 3 with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal (or transfer your deposit to our bank in Peru; email us for bank details).

OTHER TREKS, TOURS AND EXTENSION TOURS  -DAILY DEPARTURES! A similar booking process is in place for most of our remaining tours. On the page of the trek, tour or package that you’d like to book, simply choose a departure date using the calendar on the left side of the page. This will take you to a series of forms in which you can confirm your booking and provide us with all your necessary details. Once the final form is completed and sent, you will receive an email with a reservation code. Use this code to pay your booking deposit online with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.  Please follow this same process for booking extension tours (for example: Ballestas Islands, Nazca Lines, Lake Titicaca, Colca Canyon, Amazon jungle trip) and trips to Manu National Park.

JUNGLE TOURS TO PUERTO MALDONADO  -DAILY DEPARTURES! A similar booking process is in place for most of our remaining tours. On the page of the tour or package that you’d like to book, simply choose a departure date using the calendar on the left side of the page. This will take you to a series of forms in which you can confirm your booking and provide us with all your necessary details. Once the final form is completed and sent, you will receive an email with a reservation code. Use this code to pay your booking deposit online with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.   

MANU NATIONAL PARK JUNGLE TOURS  -FIXED DEPARTURES! A similar booking process is in place for most of our remaining tours.
